In a food processor, add cookies. Process until crumbled, then add cream cheese and almondmilk. Process until well combined.
Form mixture into 1” balls and place on a baking sheet or tray. Freeze about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate according to package directions.
Dip balls into white chocolate and place on wax paper-lined baking sheet or tray. Refrigerate about 1 hour, until firm. Reserve any leftover chocolate.
Melt reserved chocolate and drizzle over balls to look like mummies. Place candy eyeballs over chocolate.
Refrigerate about 10 minutes, until firm. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
