Ingredients

Baked Oats:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Flavor: Lemon Blueberry

  • 1 lemon
  • 10-15 blueberries
  • Raw sugar

Flavor: Chocolate Almond Butter

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 10-15 semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Flavor: Raspberry Almond

  • 5-10 raspberries
  • 10-15 Blue Diamond® sliced almonds

Directions

    Baked Oats

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    2. Combine all the ingredients for the base of the baked oats in the blender and blend for 1 minute.

    Flavor

    1. Grease 2-3 small ramekins with cooking spray, then pour the batter into the ramekins.

    2. Mix in and top with ingredients from the flavor(s) of your choice.

    3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm!
