Steve joined Blue Diamond in October 2019 following a 25-year career in the supply chain,
where he scaled startups to large multinational organizations to achieve growth and service.

As Vice President of Global Supply Chain, he manages planning, procurement, transportation, warehousing, co-manufacturing, and customer service. Under his leadership, Blue Diamond has achieved industry-leading fill rates and on-time deliveries. Steve also serves on national committees, including the Federal Maritime Commission’s National Shipper Advisory Committee, the Department of Transportation FLOW committee, and the California Freight Advisory Committee. In 2024, he received the Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Before his corporate career, Steve served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He has held leadership roles at Ryder, Nestlé, Jelly Belly, Harmless Harvest, Plum Organics, and Torani. Steve holds an M.S. in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation from the University of Washington. He has been married for 23 years, is a father of two, and enjoys family life with the two dogs.
