Alain has been with Blue Diamond Growers since 2017. He leads the finance function as Chief Financial Officer. Over the years, he has contributed to the success and delivery of our many business initiatives, including the annual and strategic plans which have helped ensure strong linkages across the organization while delivering best-in-class returns to our grower-owners.

In June 2023, Alain was promoted from Sr. Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to Chief Financial Officer. Alain has a deep understanding of the Blue Diamond businesses, the cooperative model, and its many nuances.

Alain held various positions of increased responsibility over his 20+ year career with Kraft Foods/Mondelez. He resides in El Dorado Hills with his wife, Karen and daughter, Emily. Alain holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a licensed
CPA.
