Non-dairy Almond Egg Nog (with egg whites)


  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Breeze® Vanilla
  • 2 Egg whites, from large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 oz Non-dairy whipped topping (frozen - thawed)
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • Garnish Nutmeg, ground


Combine 1/2 cup of Vanilla Almond Breeze with the egg whites and cream of tartar in a non-aluminum bowl and whisk until blended.

Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water (bowl not touching the water). Beat for 3 minutes with a whisk until the mixture becomes fluffy. Remove from heat and continue to beat until the mixture has cooled slightly.

Add remaining Almond Breeze, thawed non-dairy whipped topping, vanilla and turmeric and whisk gently until uniform. Garnish with nutmeg. Serve chilled. Makes approximately 6 servings. Refrigerate to preserve.
